- Do not access another person's account or records without authorization

Medical disclaimer
ezGLP is a record-keeping tool, not a healthcare provider, medical device, or emergency service. It provides no medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescribing, or dosing recommendation. Always rely on appropriately qualified healthcare professionals for health decisions and contact local emergency services for emergencies.
Software and service availability
The service may be changed, suspended, unavailable, or contain errors, and access may be withdrawn where necessary to protect users or the service. The open-source software is provided under its license and without warranties to the extent permitted by law. You are responsible for appropriate review and independent confirmation of important records.
Liability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, the ezGLP service operator and project contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use ezGLP. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the service evolves. The effective date above identifies this version. Questions about invitations, accounts, privacy, or service issues may be sent to [email protected].
